Fixing incorrect menu colors from the December 2016 update

The Blackboard update applied in late December contained a bug which may alter the colors of course menus making them difficult to read. Disabling IE Compatibility Mode

Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser, included in Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8, does not work properly with Blackboard if “Compatibility Mode” is enabled. Windows 10 Edge browser reloading pages

At this time, the Instructional Design Studio does not recommend accessing Knowledge using the new Microsoft Edge browser that comes with Windows 10. Lecture videos not loading?

Some folks have reported a sporadic issue with lecture videos not loading. The problem appears to be related to cached files on the browser and seems to be more common in Internet Explorer than other browsers.
